Nature’s Sunshine Nature’s Three is a simple fiber blend that provides both soluble and insoluble fiber to support digestive health and regularity.

How It Works:

Nature’s Three combines psyllium, oat fiber and apple fiber to provide complementary sources of dietary fiber.

Psyllium contributes soluble fiber, which helps support normal stool consistency and digestive function. Oat and apple fibers provide additional soluble and insoluble fiber to support regularity and normal intestinal function.

Each serving provides 2 g of dietary fiber in a simple three-source blend.

Ingredients:

Psyllium seed hulls, apple fruit fiber and oat inner husk bran.

Recommended Use:

Mix 1½ teaspoons with 8 oz. of water or juice. Drink with one or two meals daily.
