We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may request photos to help process your claim.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened products are generally not eligible for return. However, we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
